HOW TO BOOK AN ENGAGEMENT
* Invite Tom in writing with details of your engagement.
Mail, phone or e-mail.
* Tom and his team will pray regarding your request. Expect a prompt confirmation.
* Tom does not charge a fee to minister with you. He is happy to serve your ministry while trusting the Lord to meet his needs. Whenever it is possible, it is appreciated if a special offering could be received at the meeting. If you are wanting to book a retreat or conference, sometimes hosting groups like to charge a registration fee to cover the expense of the retreat or conference and then state on the brochure that a love gift will be received during the meetings.
* The hosting group is responsible to provide transportation to and from their ministry destination. In addition to accommodation and meals. Tom prefers a hotel or lodging with double beds in cases when his prayer/travel companion accompany him.
* In most cases, Tom will be traveling with a prayer companion unless duly noted. In some situations he will need to bring a ministry team with him. Their traveling expenses will be covered, but the host group is asked to cover their accommodations and meals. (billeting is fine) If Tom chooses to bring a team, he will have it confirmed by the hosting group.
* From time to time we may request permission to set up a product table for the sale of ministry material.
* Our team will be praying fervently for your ministry, for the engagement itself, and for the follow up. We would appreciate it if a team of intercessors/worshipers could meet prior to the meetings to pray.
* Tom is happy to spend some time addressing your leadership team if you would like to set up a separate meeting for that.
*Tom is well rehearsed in imparting knowledge wisdom and understanding to your musicians, choir etc concerning moving in the gift of prophecy, healing and deliverance using their talents and gifts. These sessions are practical in nature so you can expect an impartation with signs following.
* Tom is also available for Sunday services if the Pastor so desires.
